Delete your GistPay account
GistPay is run by Jharah Global Experts Limited.
In the app or on the website
- Open GistPay and log in.
- Go to Account.
- Tap Delete my account, enter your password, type DELETE and confirm.
To delete your account here, log in to GistPay on this browser, then come back to this page.
Can't log in? Contact us from the phone number on your account and ask us to delete it — we do it within 7 days: WhatsApp +2347036265841; post: Jharah Global Experts Limited, Urban Hub, Aminu Kano Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja, Nigeria.
What gets deleted
- Your name, phone number, username and public link, photo and bio
- Your password, PIN, bank and payout details
- Messages and media you sent (all chats are also deleted automatically after 24 hours)
- Your devices' notification tokens and saved logins
- Your notifications, call settings and personal call rates
What we keep, and for how long
- Records of payments, wallet transactions, withdrawals, calls and microjobs, without your name, phone number or other personal details, for up to 6 years for accounting, tax and fraud prevention.
- Safety reports about the account, while needed to keep other users safe.
Deleting your account is immediate and cannot be undone. Remaining airtime and earnings are lost.
